This story is set at a private boarding school with a small river called the narrow behind it. The rumor is that no one that has fallen in has ever survived, that is until Delphine. Ever since falling into the river Delphine has remained in her house. Eden, a student struggling to pay her tuition at school gets a job as Delphine's companion and that's when strange things start happening. As the two teens become friends secrets begin to unravel and Eden finds out what happened to the last companion Delphine had. Eventually Eden is being woken up in the night by the ghost in her doorway and discovers wet footprints in her room. Will she discover what is haunting Delphine in time to save them both?
